Thank you for shopping at Peacock Bazaar. We value your satisfaction and want to ensure that you have a pleasant shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
- Returns Eligibility:
1.1. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging.
1.2. Items that cannot be returned include: - Perishable goods, such as food or flowers - Personalised or custom-made items - Downloadable software or digital products - Gift cards - Return Process:
2.1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order. You can reach us by email at [email protected].
2.2. Please use the return mailing address supplied to you by us. Returns sent to our address listed on this website cannot receive parcels and will not be accepted. Refunds will not be processed if parcels are sent to the incorrect address.
2.3. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
2.4. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving a defective or incorrect product.
The customer is responsible to pay for return deliveries to a supplied return address, upon confirmation with Peacock Bazaar for a return request. Any delivery method can be used, however it is advisable that a tracked method of delivery is used to ensure a safe return of the package. Refunds will only be issued, once there has been confirmation of receipt back of goods. All returns are subject to a flat £6.00 handling charge, due to the extra work carried out and costs involved in dealing with returns. This will be deducted from any refund amount. - Refunds:
3.1. Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund.
3.2. The refund will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon.
3.3. Please note that the shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.
3.4. Refunds may take up to 14 days to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution. - Exchanges:
4.1. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or a similar product, please contact our customer support team to check availability.
4.2. Exchanges are subject to the same eligibility criteria as returns (refer to Section 1).
4.3. Any price differences between the original and exchanged items may be applicable and will be handled accordingly. - Damaged or Defective Items:
5.1. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately, providing details and any supporting evidence (e.g., photographs).
5.2. We will assess the situation and determine the appropriate course of action, which may include a refund, replacement, or repair. - Changes to the Policy:
6.1. We reserve the right to modify or update this Return and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website.
Refunds for any orders paid via PayPal, are to be refunded also via PayPal. Due to PayPal procedures and policies, it can take up to 15 days for customers to receive their refunds to their account. This is due PayPal use of e-cheque facility, to complete refunds.
